In over forty years of activity, Officina Bosaia Luigi & Figli can boast an error rate of less than one in a thousand, always identified and corrected during inspection and testing. In all these years, no part we have made has ever been rejected by the customer. The saying of all craftsmen “measure twice, cut once” is a law we live by day after day.

 

Cleanliness and precision.
Our workshop consists of two buildings covering more than 2000 m2. The working environments are kept as clean as a mechanical workshop can be and are heated because if operators work in the cold they lose their sensitivity and accuracy.

 

Highly qualified workers.
The machining operations we perform are always for prototypes and small series. Every machining operation is new and different. Even when we make a part “the same as the year before” there are always design modifications that require a different machining operation: different boring, more accurate grinding, renewed parts. That is why it is important that specialised workers with many years’ experience and self-confidence operate the machines .
